FROM OPPORTUNITY TO EVERYDAY USE

What we work through.

01

Find the recurring questions

Review common support needs, source material and existing channels. Decide which requests are suitable for self-service.

02

Design the conversation

Build helpful responses, clarification prompts and handoff rules. Make it clear when customers are interacting with AI.

03

Measure service quality

Test accuracy, unresolved questions and escalation quality. Review customer effort alongside any change in support workload.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE IT WORK

A service experience with a clear next step.

A helpful answer is part of the journey. We also consider how the customer is identified, what the assistant can safely do and how a person takes over when the conversation needs judgement.

Separate general guidance from personal information

Public guidance and customer-specific records need different access arrangements. We agree what can be answered openly and what requires identity checks or an authenticated channel. The assistant should have access only to the information appropriate for that interaction.

Keep answers connected to approved guidance

Service information changes. We identify which sources are authoritative, who maintains them and how updates reach the assistant. Where guidance is missing or conflicting, the experience should explain the next step and avoid making a commitment it cannot support.

Make a handoff useful

A handoff should help the receiving person understand the request, relevant context and what has already been tried. We fit escalation to your support channels and team availability. Outside staffed hours, the experience should explain when and how someone can respond.

Review the quality of the whole interaction

We look at answer accuracy, appropriate escalation, customer effort and the usefulness of the context passed to your team. Testing includes unclear questions, repeated requests and unsupported actions. Australian terminology, tone and operating hours are part of designing an experience that feels familiar.

Will AI replace our support team?

The scope is your decision. We focus on handling suitable routine work and giving people useful context for the more complex conversations.

Can it connect to our helpdesk or CRM?

We assess the APIs, permissions and commercial constraints of your existing systems, then design the integration around what they support.

Can we start with draft replies for our team?

Yes. A draft-only experience can help your team assess quality and refine guidance before any customer-facing automation is introduced. Review effort and common corrections become useful evidence for the next decision.

Can the assistant make changes for a customer?

That depends on the action, identity checks, system permissions and your service policy. We scope each capability separately and can require human approval for selected actions. Access to a conversation does not automatically authorise changes to a record.

What happens when our team is unavailable?

We design a fallback around your actual operating hours and support arrangements. The assistant can explain available options and collect appropriate context for follow-up where agreed. We avoid promising an immediate human response when nobody is available.

BIG POSSIBILITIES. ONE GOOD CONVERSATION.
